CONSEJALES DEL ASDE COINCIDEN EN MEJORÍA SIGNICATIVA RECOGIDA DE LA BASURA EN EL MUNICIPO
EL MUNICIPIO DE SANTO DOMINGO ESTE LUCE CON AVANCE EN LA RECOGIDA DE LA BASURA O DESPERDICIOS SÓLIDOS, SEGÚN COINCIDEN LA MAYORÍA DE LOS CONSEJALES DE ÉSTA ALCALDÍA EN SU ÚLTIMA SESIÓN.

El municipio de Santo Domingo Este luce mucho más limpio y en condiciones impecables en las Circunscripciones l y ll de esta demarcación, siendo éste un punto de mucha controversia entre las distintas bancadas del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM / aliados) y sus adversarios dentro del Cabildo más grande de la República Dominicana, sorprendió a este medio através del director Lic. Primitivo Gil periodista que cubre la fuente municipal. Cuando escuchábamos una detrás de la otra, ponencias en las que denunciaban los problemas nuevos y antiguas de sus demarcaciones, concluian con elogios a favor de la Administración encabezada por el Lic. Manuel Jiménez Ortega. Algunos de los presentes se miraban como quien dice: ¡oh! ¿y ésto ahora?…si vivían criticando al alcalde y su administración municipal, por incapáz e ineficiente y todas las acciones infructuosas que hacía la administración eran patadas de ahogados. Pues, el alcalde se puso las pilas, ha comunicado a su pueblo con mucha sinceridad, debemos decir que, esta mejoría en la recogida de la basura, empezamos a observarla a mitad del período, osea, dos años después, ya todos o la mayoría de los munícipes y sus aliados estaban muy incrédulos en que el cantautor o muy buen artista (Manuel Jiménez) saldría bien, con el éxito esperado por la organización política que lo adoptó, llámese el (PRM) y tantas personas hasta del otro lado, que decían: «Ese alcalde de SDE es lo peor que hay en el país, pues miren bien y sigan la ejecutoria de éste hombre con tantas cosas en contra». Él de manera personal acudió a los medios, osea, realizó un media tours explicándole a la opinión pública de manera clara y sencilla los obstáculos que tenía su administración para realizar con eficiencia el trabajo municipal que tanto lo criticaron públicamente, sin piedad, en lo consistía que el denominó como la más grande mafia dentro del gobierno local de SDE, siendo una carga muy pesada para la capacidad económica del cabildo y llevando a la eneficiencia e incapacidad para resolver el verdadero problema del desarrollo integral del municipio más grande y prometedor de la República Dominicana».
Hoy día en sólo el inicio de la segunda mitad de su mandato, se les han sumado no sólo los concejales de su partido, sino, también parte importante de sus más críticos adversarios y el trabajo constante de seguimiento que ha dado la prensa local denunciando lo que está bien y lo que está mal. Y este medio «Todo en el punto» ha sido crítico con los vertederos improvisados, las alcantarillas destapadas y el deterioro de las calles siendo éste último aspecto la falla que más golpea hoy día en nuestro municipio. Aunque, sean visto varios intentos para combatirlo.
Particularmente hemos creído que, el proyecto de una ciudad y según su eslogan «Justa y Creativa » puede ser posible. Y ahora, decimos, estamos a tiempo para hacer los ajustes pertinentes. Ha nuestro criterio hay una sola forma en que se puede lograr ese objetivo.
Que Manuel Jiménez siga enfocado en ésto y es visible el cambio en la ciudad, que no sólo la Alcaldía es responsable de construirlo, sino que, todos (as) debemos por deber ciudadano estar involucrados por ejemplo decir: «Por mis aportes como ciudadano correcto, ver la ciudad avanzando». Es lo que ahora debemos ver cumplirse ése tan esperado sueño con la unidad de todas (os) limpia, transformada, que brinde seguridad, higiénica, vías ordenada, iluminadas, con sistema eficiente de semaforización y en fin optimizar los puntos turísticos para lograr ser una de las ciudades más visitadas del país, esos avances o cambios integrales, no es posible lograrlos sólo, la ciudadanía por su lado y mucho menos el gobierno local por otro. Entre las autoridades y ciudadanía debe haber sin temor a equivocarnos, un matrimonio sin divorcio para lograr juntos ese desarrollo. Todos estemos conscientes del pasivo o deuda social acumulada, que ambos e inclusive la clase empresarial tiene, éste pueblo yá no tolerará más fiascos llegó la hora, en que la sociedad organizada, educada y consciente tiene que exigirles a las autoridades o clase política de turno, pero con la moral en alto, porque ha cumplido con el digno rol que le corresponde, sin jamás, seguir conformándose con dádivas, migajas o el mal llamado boroneo a que le han acostumbrado.
Las luchas de los pueblos se respetan y se estudian, tarea está de la clase política de la República Dominicana y creo firmemente que avanzaremos más.
Claro todo ésto es si nos acercamos un poco más a la objetividad y responsabilidad apegado a la verdad.
