FUÉ DETENIDO EL EMPRESARIO ARTÍSTICO EVELIO HERRERA POR VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO CONTRA SU EXPAREJA TUESKA

Fue arrestado y se encuentra detenido en el Palacio de Justicia el empresario artístico Evelio Herrera por supuesta violencia contra su ex esposa la merenguera Tueska.
Según fuentes judiciales Herrera es acusado de agredir a su expareja, María Alejandra Tuesca Palment “Tueska” (@tueska).
Según la acusación, Evelio fue arrestado luego de que se dictara una orden de arresto en su contra, por presunta violación a las disposiciones de los artículos 309-1 y 309-2, del Código Penal Dominicano, sobre violencia intrafamiliar.
Se espera que en las próximas horas la Fiscalía deposite por ante el Juzgado de Atención Permanente del Distrito Nacional la solicitud de medida de coerción en su contra.
