El ex alcalde Alfredo Martinez aclaró hoy que la demanda interpuesta en su contra por el empresario Frank Reynaldo Encarnación Fulcar por supuestos daños y perjuicios, se produjo por defender los recursos y patrimonio del Ayuntamiento Santo Domingo Este durante su gestión.
Martinez, recordó que el empresario Fulcar firmó un contrato con el extinto alcalde Juan de los Santos para la instalación de los aires acondicioados del palacio municipal, el cual fue saldado en su totalidad, pero que el empresario exigia un pago adicional de 20 millones de pesos para culminar dichos trabajos, monto que no estaba estipulado en ningun documento por lo que se negó a pagarlo.
Dijo que tras su firme posición de no dilapidar los recursos del municipio, Frank Fulcar saboteó el sistema, dejando la intitución sin aire acondicionado por varias semanas, accion que consideró como un vil acto en contra de la institución..
Agregó ademas,que Fulcar sometió al ayuntamiento Santo Domingo Este y que por sorpresa hoy se entera que un tribunal falló en su contra por difamación e injuria proceso que desconocia, nunca fue citado ni participaron sus abogados.
Dijo a partir de este momeno apodera a sus abogados del caso para recurrir la sentencia.
