ALA JAZA PODRÍA RECIBIR NUMEROSAS DEMANDAS POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE CONTRATO EN NUEVA YORK

El popular merenguero y bajista Emmanuel Jiménez (Ala Jaza), podría enfrentar numerosas demandas por incumplimiento de contratos con el reconocido empresario Félix Cabrera y otros, que firmaron acuerdos con el manager del artista en la República Dominicana para una serie de espectáculos en el teatro United Palace, discotecas, lounges y centros de espectáculos.
Fuentes allegadas a los empresarios artísticos que pactaron los acuerdos con Jaza, dijeron a este reportero que uno de los más perjudicados es el reconocido promotor Félix Cabrera, a quien el merenguero le falló en tres presentaciones, dos en el teatro y una en el restaurante Típico Dominicano en el Alto Manhattan, junto a Wason Brazobán, con quien también se presentaría en el teatro, el sábado 16 de febrero además de comprometerse a estar en tarima en el concierto Trap Fest Part 2, cuya figura estelar fue El Alfa.
Se dijo que los músicos que trabajan con él en Nueva York, le exigieron un aumento del pago por espectáculos, a lo que se negó.
Los espectáculos de Cabrera, estaban programados para el pasado fin de semana, y en el caso del teatro, tuvo que asumir pérdidas por alrededor de $350 mil dólares y la vergüenza por primera vez en su carrera de empresario artístico de tener que aceptar la devolución de cientos de boletas.
Cabrera, no pudo ser contactado para confirmar parte de las versiones, por encontrarse en la República Dominicana.
El público que ya había reservado cientos de boletos, ávido de respaldar a Ala Jaza, quedó frustrado decidiendo no asistir al teatro, debido a que la figura estelar de la noche era el merenguero.
Los empresarios restaron credibilidad a lao dicho por Jaza de que no podía venir a Estados Unidos a los conciertos, porque el consulado en Santo Domingo, les negó el visado.
“Ala Jaza, está mintiendo, él, es residente permanente de Estados Unidos, comenzó su carrera en Nueva York y aquí, cada vez que viene, cuenta con buenos músicos que le acompañan”, dijeron.
Pero el merenguero alegó que se rehusaba a presentarse en Estados Unidos sin su orquesta completa.
Jaza, luego se limitó a subir un cartel en su cuenta instagram, con el afiche de su Tour USA, Febrero 2019 y el sello “Cancelado”.
Otra fuente aseguró que él no se ha comunicado con Cabrera ni con los otros empresarios que lo contrataron para los espectáculos en Nueva York.
Se dijo que el manager de Jaza en Santo Domingo, aprobó todos los contratos que le fueron enviados por los contratantes.
