ROBERTO RODRÍGUEZ MARCHENA: “En 2019 continuaremos y profundizaremos lo que venimos haciendo bien”

El portavoz del gobierno dominicano, Roberto Rodríguez Marchena afirmó que el gobierno dominicano a partir de ahora va a profundizar el compromiso con el pueblo y el cumplimiento cabal del Programa de Gobierno.
En ese sentido, resaltó las conquistas del pueblo dominicano obtenidas en el sector Educación.
“En el caso de la Jornada Escolar Extendida, el Presidente ofreció la cifra de que un 68% del universo del sector escolar está en Jornada Escolar Extendida y que nuestro propósito para el 2020 es completar el 100%”.
Igualmente, el Sistema Nacional de Atención a Emergencias y Seguridad 911, el cual actualmente cubre el 74% de la población dominicana.
Roberto Rodríguez Marchena señaló que la meta, para el año 2020, es que el 100% de la población pueda acceder a este servicio de atención a emergencias y seguridad.
Reiteró que el año 2019 será todavía mejor que el 2018, “que fue muy bueno”, pues las condiciones están dadas.

El discurso de rendición de cuentas pronunciado hoy por el presidente Danilo Medina fue muy pedagógico y lo dibuja, en cuerpo y alma, por su sensibilidad humana y cercanía.
Así valoró, el portavoz del Gobierno y director general de Comunicación, Roberto Rodríguez Marchena, la alocución del jefe de Estado ante la Asamblea Nacional con motivo del 175 aniversario de la Independencia Nacional.
Naturaleza de gestión de Gobierno, marcada con personalidad cercana y cariñosa.
“Ese Danilo Medina de todo el discurso, que combina el elemento racional, lo fáctico con lo emotivo, esa es su personalidad, es una personalidad muy cariñosa; muy cercana”.
Explicó que, incluso, la naturaleza de la gestión de Gobierno de Danilo Medina “viene marcada por esa personalidad, cercana, de diálogo directo con la gente, pero al mismo tiempo que tiene el rigor analítico y además la disciplina en sus ejecuciones”.
Oposición no tiene vocación de poder
El portavoz del Gobierno dominicano rechazó las criticas de la oposición al discurso del presidente Danilo Medina.
Afirmó que las críticas de la oposición se podían adelantar desde antes de que se pronunciara el discurso.
“No llenó las expectativas- es la respuesta clásica, de un opositor que no tiene vocación de poder”.
Dijo que el gran problema la oposición en República Dominicana es que siempre anda con el temor de lo que pueda hacer el contrario, no basándose en hechos reales.
Afirmó que “negar el valor de la jornada escolar extendida a 1 millón 300 mil niños es una torpeza política y usted deja de aportar como oposición”.
Dijo que “Lamentablemente la oposición no enriquece las oportunidades de que la población pueda visualizar más allá del gobierno. Entonces sigue manteniendo al gobierno de turno como horizonte político. Al hacerlo, ellos mismos quedan atrapados, porque, al localizar al gobierno como horizonte político, pues evidentemente quedan atrapados ante el temor de que ese horizonte político vaya a permanecer”.
Afirmó que quien tiene vocación de poder esta en contacto con la gente y sabe cual es el sentir de la gente y cómo su vida está cambiando a través de políticas sociales inclusivas y democratizadoras.
